Chilling scenes at the stadium of German football club Kaiserslautern: Satan is openly worshipped.
‘Lucifer, seize Our Souls’: German Soccer Fans invoke Satan en masse
Satanism is rearing its head in the West. In Germany, football fans openly worship the devil.
Open Invocation of the Devil
On 29 March, an event took place at the Fritz-Walter-Stadion, the home ground of 1. FC Kaiserslautern, causing deep alarm and spiritual concern. Before the soccer match, the club's supporters performed a choreography that can be described without exaggeration as an overt and shocking invocation of the devil.
‘Lucifer, seize Our Souls’
What took place there was no harmless joke or provocative stunt, but a ritual that in its symbolism and message blatantly refers to the glorification of Satan. The supporters collectively formed a giant pentagram in red and black colours - the classic symbols of occultism. The banner at the bottom of the stand read in Latin, "Exaudi nos, Lucifer, et surge ex abysso, sume animas nostras “ - ”Hear us, Lucifer, rise from the abyss, seize our souls.’ This is a dedication to Satan, the prince of darkness.

‘Rule the World’
As if this was not shocking enough, a monumental devil statue was hoisted up under loud bangs of fireworks. The statue, which bore the club emblem on its chest, was ‘summoned’ as it were within the pentagram. A second text then appeared: "Ad lucem nos trahe, orbem mundi regna “ - ”Lead us to the light, rule the world.’ A proclamation of Satan's victory and an oath to him.
Club Management praises Satanic Scene
At football matches, fans are quite willing to go out of their way. They chant racist slogans and get into fists with each other. Often, the club management reacts quickly with distancing and disciplining. But such a reaction fails to materialise in Kaiserslautern. After the match, coach Markus Anfang praised the choreography as a ‘goose-bump moment’ and stressed, ‘It was just nice to be here in this stadium today.’
Instruments of the Hereditary Enemy of God
FC Kaiserslautern thus performs choreography glorifying Satan and staging a consecration of the club. Consciously or not, the club and all those involved in the ritual are publicly guilty of devil worship and have surrendered to evil. And while perhaps not all the fans believed in Satan's influence, they were willing to open their souls to evil and thus consciously or unconsciously made themselves instruments of the hereditary enemy of God.
The Only True King is Christ
Fans have mocked Christ and his Church because Christ is the King over all the world. He died on the Cross precisely to break Satan's power. Those who pay homage to the devil in this way place themselves on the brink of Christ's Cross and mock Him. This crime demands a public apology and penance from all involved.

The Reality of the Devil
Such rituals should have no place in the public domain, especially in sports stadiums where children also attend. The Church teaches us that the devil is a reality - a fallen angel who fights against God and his children with hatred and lies. Any tribute to this spirit of darkness, however veiled, endangers the salvation of many.
Satanism is on the Rise
The devil-worship of football fans is not an isolated case. Satanism is making itself increasingly widespread in our culture. For instance, the Halloween festival, which has Catholic origins, is abused for gruesome scenes of Satan worship. At the Eurovision Song Contest, Satanic rituals are openly performed on stage. We pray to the holy archangel Michael that he drives the fallen Lucifer from the earth with his sword.
