In Frankfurt, an Appeal for the Defense of the Innocent Human Life

Volunteers from TFP Student Action Europe gathered in Frankfurt last Saturday to give a voice to the thousands of people killed every year in the wombs of their own mothers, who are so often forgotten when the topic is debated.

Especially in this tragic month, when the "right" to abortion in all cases has been included in the French constitution and Macron has announced his intention not to rest until this promise is fulfilled all over the world.

“Today’s not the end of the story, it’s the beginning of a combat. If France has become the only country in the world whose constitution explicitly protects the right to an abortion in all circumstances, we will not rest until this promise is kept throughout the world. We will wage this battle on our continent, in our Europe, where reactionary forces first and always attack women’s rights, before going on to attack the rights of minorities, of all the oppressed, of all freedoms,” he warned.

The question that always remains is: what will he do about those who attack the rights of the unborn? And even worse, the rights of God? If according to Macron we must defend ALL oppressed people and ALL freedoms, what are we to make of these little oppressed people in their mother's womb and their freedom?

Pro-Life Movement impresses with its Dynamism

The pro-life movement in Europe is growing. Even in France, tens of thousands march for life every year. The left has recognized how the defense of the unborn can spread. The speakers in Versailles spoke from a position of weakness and insecurity. They felt the need to put the most difficult legal obstacle imaginable in the way of those opposed to abortion.

However, history has proven that such legal obstacles can be overcome against all odds, even after abortion has been considered "established law" for decades. Fearful French liberals felt compelled to take action.

The shameful March 4 amendment was aimed not only at France but especially at the United States. Proponents of the amendment even openly admitted that the U.S. overturning of Roe v. Wade was the reason for their action.

But not just in the United States. Pro-lifers all over the world dared to challenge the revolutionary myth that procured abortion was irreversible. The Dobbs decision struck terror into the cold and cruel hearts of feminists and liberals everywhere. They believe that if abortion could be overturned in America, abortion is vulnerable worldwide. The French constitutional amendment was their diabolical answer.

It is now up to us to pray and step up the fight to ensure that this curse does not spread to Germany and the rest of Europe.
