Civitas Christiana is a Dutch foundation that is part of the network of autonomous and co-sister associations "Tradition, Family, Property - TFP", composed of several non-profit associations that promote the defense of Christian Civilization. The data collected on this site will be used to keep you informed of the activities of our campaign sector (Student Action) in coordination and under the responsibility of the local entity.

Stichting Civitas Christiana respects the privacy of visitors to its website, in particular the rights of visitors with respect to the automated processing of personal data. Because of transparency with our donors, we have therefore formulated and implemented a policy regarding these processing operations themselves, their purpose as well as the possibilities for data subjects to exercise their rights in the best possible way.

The data collected on this site comes from people who have contacted us by filling in a form. The purpose of the data processing we perform is to manage the database and provide information to these people. Some of this information may be provided to national associations that are part of the TFP network. Your data is collected by Civitas Christiana Foundation and (an) external processor(s). Personal data is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more elements specific to physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

The personal data collected on the website are mainly used by the administrator for maintaining relations with you and, if applicable, for processing your orders. They are registered in a database and the register of donors obtained in this way has been reported to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data. The notification number Authority Personal Data is: 1578004.

Article 7 - Your rights with regard to your data

Pursuant to Article 13 (2) (b) of the AVG, everyone has the right to access and rectify or erase their personal data or to restrict the processing that concerns them, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability. Any request to do so must be accompanied by a copy of a valid ID on which you have affixed your signature and indicating the address at which you can be contacted. Within 1 month of the submitted request, you will receive a response to your request. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months if necessary.

Article 8 - Processing of personal data

In case of violation of any law or regulation, of which the visitor is suspected and for which the authorities need personal data collected by the manager, they will be provided to them after an express and reasoned request by those authorities, after which such personal data will, as a result, no longer fall under the protection of the provisions of this Privacy Statement.

If certain information is necessary to gain access to certain functionalities of the website, the manager will indicate the mandatory nature of this information at the time of requesting the data.
