‘Abortion machine’ outside the Sejm of Poland: 22 lockers containing abortion pills. Activists openly boast of ‘hacking’ the Criminal Code

Right opposite the Sejm (lower house of the national parliament of Poland), at the AboTak ‘death centre’ at 9 Wiejska Street, a vending machine dispensing pills used for medical abortion has been installed. Its creators make no secret of the fact that this is intended as a ‘loophole’ in the current law. Behind the technical mechanism of codes and lockers, however, lies the same objective: to facilitate the shameful practice of abortion, that is, the taking of the life of an unborn child.
Until recently, staff at the AboTak ‘death clinic’ were referring women prepared to commit this terrible act—the taking of a child’s life—to the foreign organisation Women Help Women. The website featured an announcement stating that ‘in the future’ the pills would be available directly on the premises. Unfortunately, that future has arrived – in the form of a permanent facility dedicated to dispensing them.
On 29 September, Women Help Women and the Abortion Dream Team unveiled a device called the ‘Abortomat’. It is not a mock-up, not a performance, not an artistic provocation. The machine has 22 compartments, each containing an envelope with medication for pharmacological abortion.
Anyone interested contacts Women Help Women, receives a code and opens the relevant compartment. There is therefore no direct hand-to-hand handover of the tablets. The person handing over the medication is replaced by the system: contact, code, compartment, collection.
However, the technical simplicity should not obscure the purpose for which the medication is intended. Its use is intended to induce an abortion – the death of the unborn child.
“A loophole in the law” – they say outright
Kinga Jelińska of Women Help Women and the Abortion Dream Team admitted that the “abortion machine” is a “loophole” in the current law. ADT’s materials contained an even stronger phrase referring to “hacking the Criminal Code”.
This is particularly significant in light of Article 152(2) of the Criminal Code, which provides for a prison sentence of up to three years for anyone who assists a pregnant woman in terminating her pregnancy in breach of the provisions of the Act, or who incites her to do so.
And this is precisely where the fundamental issue arises. Because the machine does not fill itself.
Someone must obtain the drugs. Someone must deliver them to the ‘death clinic’. Someone places them in the lockers. Someone operates the system. Someone contacts the recipient. Someone generates or transmits the code required to open a specific locker.
The question, therefore, is not merely: who physically handed over the tablets?
A far more important question is this: do those who consciously organise the entire chain of actions leading to the acquisition of substances used to murder the innocent truly cease to have a part in this shameful act simply because the final link is a vending machine?
A PIN code does not make the actions of the people behind the entire system disappear.
Lawyer Paweł Matyja, commenting on the case, pointed out that organising the entire process could be regarded as participation in this wicked act. This is not a court ruling and therefore the liability of specific individuals should not be presented as a foregone conclusion. But it is precisely for this reason that the operation of the ‘abortion machine’ should be thoroughly investigated by law enforcement agencies.
For the time being, the machine is operational.
Pharmaceutical law is also relevant
A separate issue concerns the regulations governing the import, storage and dispensing of the substances contained in the ‘abortion machine’.
Pregnancy is not an illness that needs to be cured. In this case, abortion pills are intended to bring an ongoing pregnancy to an end, and thus to cause the death of the unborn child.
Mifepristone blocks the action of progesterone – a hormone essential for keeping the child alive in the womb. Subsequently, the administration of misoprostol induces uterine contractions, which lead to the expulsion of a child who is already dead or dying. It is therefore disingenuous to obscure the purpose of their use with neutral language such as ‘termination of pregnancy’. We must state this plainly. These are substances used to kill a conceived child.
However, this does not relieve the state of its obligation to investigate how these substances ended up in the 22 lockers at 9 Wiejska Street.
Who imported them? Where do they come from? Who places them in the vending machine? Who has control over them before they are collected? On what basis are they passed on to subsequent recipients? Is the method of their importation and distribution in accordance with the regulations governing the trade in pharmaceutical products?
This is not a dispute over words. It concerns substances whose intended and sole purpose is to kill an unborn child. Therefore, the manner in which they are imported, stored and transferred must be thoroughly investigated by the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate, the public prosecutor’s office and other relevant state authorities.
Magda Biejat and ‘paying for someone’s abortion’
In promoting the activities of AboTak, the Abortion Dream Team also used a photograph of Magdalena Biejat, Deputy Marshal of the Senate. The organisation encouraged people to come to AboTak “just like Magda Biejat”, “pay for someone’s abortion” and receive a sweatshirt bearing a slogan in English.
In this way, a member of the leadership of the Senate of the Republic of Poland was presented by the pro-abortion organisation as an example for those wishing to financially support further abortions.
It is important to be precise here: the claim that Magdalena Biejat “paid for someone’s abortion” originates from the Abortion Dream Team itself. We do not know the details of any such payment or the circumstances of the specific abortion.
However, this does not alter the scandalous nature of the promotional campaign itself – the use of a senior public official’s image to advertise a procedure that is illegal in Poland, the aim of which is to take a child’s life.
This is not an isolated incident. An abortion infrastructure is emerging
The “Abortomat” does not appear in a vacuum.

The pro-abortion organisations behind AboTak have for years been developing a system to facilitate the murder of the unborn: they provide information on how to obtain abortion drugs, assist with ordering them, fund abortions and support trips abroad. The pro-abortion circles themselves boast of the ‘assistance’ they provide in tens of thousands of abortions each year.
This illustrates the scale of the phenomenon.
We are no longer dealing solely with a group of activists running a political campaign. A permanent abortion infrastructure is emerging: organisations, funding, procedures, international contacts, premises opposite the Sejm, and now also 22 collection points dispensing medication upon entry of a code.
The murder of children in their mothers’ wombs is thus reduced to an act resembling the collection of an ordinary parcel!
Meanwhile, the contents of such a ‘parcel’ are preparations intended to cause the death of the unborn child.
22 collection points opposite the Sejm of the Republic of Poland
The location of the entire operation is particularly telling. Not somewhere on the outskirts of Warsaw. Not in a random spot. But at 9 Wiejska Street, directly opposite the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.
On one side of the street lies the place where Polish law is enacted. On the other, a death facility operates, whose representatives openly speak of ‘hacking’ the Criminal Code and are launching a scheme designed to facilitate access to preparations used to take the lives of innocent children in their mothers’ wombs.
This is a particularly powerful symbol of the state’s capitulation in the face of the open violation of its own laws.
The ‘death clinic’ is operating, the vending machine is dispensing packs, the organisers are running a shameful promotional campaign, and all of this is taking place almost right under the windows of the institutions responsible for making and enforcing the law. This is no longer merely a provocation. It is a public demonstration of impunity.
This is not ‘help’ – it is infrastructure
The dispute surrounding the AboTak ‘death centre’ has entered a new phase.
It is no longer merely about a premises where someone can have an abortion using pills obtained beforehand. Opposite the Sejm stands a machine containing pre-prepared kits of substances designed to kill an unborn child, dispensed upon receipt of a code from a foreign organisation.
Abortion remains a direct attack on the life of an innocent child. Whether the means used to kill it are handed over by a person, sent by post or dispensed by a vending machine does not alter the moral essence of the act.
From the point of view of national law, however, specific and urgent questions arise: who is responsible for the contents of the 22 lockers, who imported the preparations stored there, who organises their distribution, and do the actions of those involved in the entire mechanism fall within the bounds of applicable law?
The state should answer these questions not with declarations, but through concrete action by the relevant authorities.
For behind the technical language of codes, storage units and ‘assistance’ lies a reality that must not be obscured: every abortion performed means the death of a child in the womb.
Petition regarding the ‘AboTak Death Clinic’
As part of the ‘Polska Katolicka, nie laicka’ campaign, we have launched a petition to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland concerning the activities of the ‘AboTak Death Clinic’ on Wiejska Street.
We cannot consent to the expansion of this infrastructure of death. Neither opposite the Polish Sejm, nor in the heart of our homeland, nor anywhere else. Sign the petition through which we demand a decisive response from the authorities.
