A scandalous attack on the Christian faith is about to take place at Cologne's Pink Monday parade. An outrageous float has been approved to take part in the festivities, displaying unacceptable blasphemy!
The float depicts a confessional where a boy, visibly embarrassed and dressed as an altar boy, is invited into the confessional by a hand in a provocative manner. On the outside, the inscription “Jesus loves you” is stamped, suggesting, in a vile and repulsive way, that Our Lord is an abuser.
This is a grave offense against Christ, against the Catholic Church and its sacraments - in this case, the sacrament of penance. It is an attack on the faith of millions of faithful and cannot be ignored!
We cannot accept this public outrage! It's time to act!

A themed float with an unbelievable blasphemy is to take part in the Cologne Rose Monday parade. It depicts a confessional into which an altar boy is to be lured. The inscription "Jesus loves you" can be read on the outside wall of the confessional.
This suggests that Our Lord Jesus Christ himself is a perpetrator of abuse. In addition, the Catholic Church and its sacraments - in this case the sacrament of confession - are mocked.
