Cologne students try to prevent TFP campaign and chase volunteers

Students at Cologne University harass TFP volunteers and try to shout them down. At the end of the event, the crowd chases the volunteers and tries to hunt them down. But the TFP stands its ground!

On February 4, 2026, the TFP student Action organizes a campaign at the University of Cologne. The volunteers want to bring up the topic of abortion for discussion at the university where Saint Albert the great once taught. As a place of intellectual exchange, this should actually be a suitable venue for such a discussion.

But things turn out differently.

After just a few minutes, a crowd of people forms, acting hostile toward the volunteers. Shouts against the event begin, with people demanding that the volunteers leave.

Unimpressed, the young pro-life activists continue to distribute flyers and seek discourse.

After about half an hour, a large crowd forms and begins to shout hostile slogans with a clear radical left-wing slant: “No God, no state, no patriarchy.”

The volunteers, on the other hand, proclaim the traditional social order: “One God, the state, the patriarchy.” This, in turn, upsets the leftists and forces them to change their slogan.

They also hurl insults such as “fascists” and “Nazis.” But the volunteers do not allow themselves to be provoked and respond that the philosophy of National Socialism, like that of abortion advocates, draws a line between which lives are worth living and which are worthless.

So if you really want to be anti-fascist and anti-National Socialist, then you must also be against abortion.

Moreover, it was the National Socialists who tried with all their might to silence their opponents. Shouting down opponents and threatening them with violence instead of criticizing the other side's position with arguments and logic is reminiscent of the situation under fascist regimes.

Ultimately, this brutal approach proves that the left has lost the public debate and has no other way to assert itself than through tyranny.

After several hours of campaigning, the volunteers end their action and want to leave. But the large crowd blocks their way. The police has to intervene. But on the way to the vehicle, the entire crowd follows and wants to chase them, probably to attack them.

However, the determination of the volunteers prevents further escalation.

This campaign was part of the large pro-life caravan through southwestern Germany. Through the grace of God and under the protection of the Blessed Mother, we want to finally put an end to the terrible sin of abortion!
