The Devil lurks Over Poland: TFP takes Action
For two weeks, the Polish TFP carried out a nationwide public mobilisation campaign to defend marriage between one man and one woman. The European country known worldwide for its steadfast resistance to dictatorial ideologies such as Nazism and Communism is now under heavy pressure from a revolutionary cultural agenda and the politically supported LGBT lobby under the government of Donald Tusk.
A Stealthy Attack on Marriage
Donald Tusk's government has adopted a draft "law on the status of the closest person in a relationship and a cohabitation agreement." Although the bill is presented using neutral-sounding terms such as “cohabitation contract” and “status of a close person”, in reality it seeks to legally normalise partnerships — including homosexual ones — under the guise of legal equality with marriage. This undermines natural law, Christian morality, and the fundamental structure of society.
According to the teaching of the Church, marriage is the unique covenant between a man and a woman, ordered towards the good of the children born from it and the stability of the social order. Placing other forms of union on an equal footing with this divine covenant is a public despisal of God's law, and a promotion of sin, besides being unjust towards families as God wants them.
The street campaigns present a clear Catholic position on the moral crisis we find ourselves in.
Real Impact happens on the Streets
The caravan began its journey through thirteen cities across Poland — including Płock, Włocławek, Toruń, Gdańsk, Sopot, Bydgoszcz, Poznań, Wrocław, Katowice, Kraków, Częstochowa, Łódź, and Warsaw — covering nearly 1,800 kilometres in total. Volunteers reached thousands of residents and spoke with countless passers-by.
In harsh winter conditions, with temperatures dropping to –17°C, the men walked through streets and squares with banners, leaflets, and firm conviction. People stopped, accepted leaflets, and entered into conversations — sometimes lasting more than fifteen minutes — to understand the real danger of the proposed legislation.

Opponents with No Arguments
After the first days of campaigning in various cities, supporters of the LGBT agenda also appeared. However, they were rarely able to offer substantive counter-arguments; instead, some resorted to personal insults, mockery, or hurried past nervously without engaging in discussion.
In Włocławek, police had to intervene after an aggressive ‘transgender’ individual attacked a volunteer — an incident that demonstrated how emotionally charged the public debate has become.
The Spiritual Dimension of the Struggle
Some opponents reacted with striking anger and hostility, at times shouting loudly and uttering blasphemies. In Gdańsk, a man shouted from his window that “the devil will defeat you” when he saw the young enthusiastic men heading his way — an incident we see as a sign of the spiritual battle at stake.
Poland at a Crossroad
The very fact that this bill is being discussed shows how strongly Poland is being influenced by a cultural and ideological upheaval. What was once a leading bastion of Catholic faith and Marian devotion now finds itself in an intense moral and social struggle.
Yet conversations on the streets showed that many — especially young people and families — were grateful for the caravan’s presence and took the opportunity to reflect on the future of their society. In cities such as Częstochowa, some onlookers even spontaneously joined the campaign, and discussions were often calm and substantive.
Proud Catholics continue the Fight
This caravan shows that the defence of marriage is not merely an abstract debate, but a decisive moment in which one chooses either the abyss of sin or conversion. We witnessed this in the public square — among people, where real questions were asked and honest answers given.
For us and for everyone who contributes to the Catholic cause, it is not only a social duty but also a moral obligation to profess and defend Christian principles openly. As the struggle for the soul of the nation continues, the caravan remains a living symbol of faith, hope, and steadfastness in a time of moral confusion.
